Scam Fighting Increases.
With a flood of reports from models all over the Tampa Bay area of new types of model scams and model scams that are new twists on what we knew, we have doubled our model scam fighting efforts and have enlisted the help of our allies. Independent Modeling will be reopening its IM 2004 archives on the old servers and will be infusing the old site with fresh content and optimized links to the current Independent Modeling site and the Tampa Bay Modeling site. Our model scam definition database will be enhanced in September, too, and it was worked on today. We are also ordering more interactive tutorials which will be optimized to combat scam activity patterns and an entirely new generation of model scam fighting tools for models to use.
Tampa Bay photography leader Aurora PhotoArts, one of our sponsors and the victim of a Tampa Bay model scam (the scam has ripped off several of their ideas in order to bait models, and has also ripped of Independent Modeling, too), has tripled support of our site and will be pushing our site and Independent Modeling in all of their marketing and sales material. More professional companies are going to add their support shortly, as well.
