Studio photography is not nearly as cost effective, or appropriate, for modeling portfolio work.Keep in mind that this picture, for a modeling portfolio, was taken by a qualified modeling portfolio photographer, C. A wedding photographer or a portrait studio will not be able to give models what they need for an effective modeling portfolio, as you have to know what you are doing!This is the 12th picture in our Tampa Bay Modeling online portfolio. It doesnt matter, anymore, especially in Tampa Bay. PEDOPHILE PHOTOGRAPHERS

There have been numerous reports of “photographers” who are in the business to have sex with underage teens and children. Some of these photographers operate fronts for child pornography under the guise of a professional photography business.
Sex offenders and sexual predators are tracked by the Florida Department Of Law Enforcement. As a precaution, run the full name of the photographer and other information that you obtain into the FDLE database. Keep in mind, however, that just because the name comes up clean does not mean that the photographer is safe. This is one step of many that should be taken, and is no substitute for checking professional references and becoming involved in the modeling or entertainment career of any child or teen that you are responsible for.
Prevention is extremely important here. Children and teens who are sexually exploited and molested by pedophiles are seriously harmed. Many of these victims cannot overcome the damage that is dealt to them and their quality of life suffers. Some live crippled lives, and some may even repeat the pattern that is taught to them as victims and can grow to become pedophiles themselves.
Please protect your children. Get involved with every aspect of their lives. Be a responsible parent, and give them what they need to grow into balanced, productive adults.
Check ALL references and do not let any minor work with any photographer unattended! Do not let your children and teens run their own careers, as they are not equipped to handle all of the possible dangers.

Scams listed here are not limited to models, and different types can be easily combined for new types of scams. If you cannot CLARIFY their intentions and VERIFY their references, go somewhere else to do business. It's professionally responsible to do so and lowers your risk. There are lots of great companies out there, like our advertisers and the companies in our resource sections, who are not scams. You owe it to your career to shop around and be selective.
